We at MAG India have been partnering with LEX TECHNOAID for our requirements of Coolant Filtration Systems with Chip Conveyors, Compact U Band Filters, Cartridge Filters, Chillers etc. for the last 4 to 5 years.
Our applications of these coolant and chip conveyor systems have been for our MAG Horizontal Machining Centers working in the areas of Aluminum, Cast Iron and Steel machining. We have had a very good experience in working with LEX TECHNOAID.

WIDMA RX5+ and WIDMA RX5neo. It has been used for about 4 years and we are satisfied with its performance in excellence .We found the life of Coolant oil is in good condition without any color change after running for 7000 hours and it increases the Tool’s life also by improving surface finish with its filtration quality And the filtration system enhances the life of Grinding Wheels too.

We have been using Lex Technoaid's One Micron Candle Filtration System and Chiller with our Tool and Cutter Grinding Machine. The performance of the machine is excellent. Our cutting oil life and tool life has been excellent. The candle performance has been very good and the oil has retained its natural color proving the filtration quality. There is no maintenance needed and we are able to resale carbide powder as well.
